1 Right of withdrawal for physical products (EU)

As an EU customer, you can return physical products within 14 days without giving a reason. This period begins upon receipt.

2 Right of withdrawal for digital products

For digital products, the right of withdrawal expires if you have expressly agreed to immediate execution. This consent is recorded during checkout.

3 Cancellation for international customers (outside the EU)

If you are a customer outside the EU, there is no legal right of withdrawal. Returns are accepted on a voluntary basis; refunds are made on a goodwill basis.

4 Consequences of revocation (physical)

I will refund payments, including delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice. The refund will be made using the same payment method.
