General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through my Shopify store, both for physical products (e.g., T-shirts) and digital products (e.g., files, instructions, downloads), for customers within the EU and worldwide.
2. Conclusion of contract
By placing an order in the Shopify checkout, you submit a binding offer. Acceptance occurs through shipping confirmation or provision of the download. Different delivery times and fees may apply to international customers.
3. Prices & Payment
All prices include statutory VAT for customers within the EU. German VAT is not charged for customers outside the EU; additional shipping costs, customs duties, or import fees may apply. Payment is made using any payment method offered by Shopify during checkout (e.g., credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay). Your payment data is processed directly by the payment service providers. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) and (f) GDPR.
4. Delivery & Fulfillment
Physical products are produced, packaged, and shipped through Shirtigo Fulfillment GmbH . Digital products are made available via Shopify after payment. Shipping times and shipping costs are displayed during checkout. International deliveries may take longer, and additional charges may apply.
5. Right of withdrawal
EU customers have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days. Customers outside the EU can return goods voluntarily; refunds will be made on a goodwill basis (see cancellation policy ).
6. Warranty & Liability
Statutory warranty rights apply. I am only liable for damages not caused by the product itself in cases of intent or gross negligence.
7. Digital products
When purchasing digital products, you will receive a download link after payment. With your express consent to immediate download, the contract begins immediately, and your right of withdrawal expires. You will find information about this during checkout.
8. Final provisions
German law applies unless mandatory consumer protection regulations of the customer's country of residence prevail. Should individual provisions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
